Crafty Screen Ambassador Program – Terms and Conditions

Enrolment:

We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.

Ambassador Responsibilities:
Ambassadors will promote Crafty Screen through approved channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Content must adhere to our brand guidelines and should not contain offensive or misleading information.

Commission Structure:
Ambassadors will earn 5% commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate link or code.

Code of Conduct:
Ambassadors are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Misrepresentation of our brand, false advertising, or any form of dishonesty is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property:
Ambassadors may use provided marketing materials, but are not authorised to modify these without consent.
Own content can be published but we reserve the right to request changes or removal if it does not comply with our guidelines.
All intellectual property rights remain with Crafty Screen

Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation in the program for any reason, including violation of terms or poor performance.

Confidentiality:
Ambassadors may be privy to confidential information and are required to keep such information confidential both during and after their participation in the program.

Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of changes and are responsible for compliance.

Limitation of Liability:
Crafty Screen is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that may arise in connection with the ambassador program.

Governing Law:
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of English Law.
By participating in the Ambassador Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
