High definition
- High resistance to inks (plastisol, waterbased and solvent)
- Easily reclaimable
- Easy to use
- Suitable for UV light or LED
How to use:
Add a small amount of water to diazo-sensitiser and shake well. Next, mix the whole dose with SCREEN-SOL QV, stir well, and then let it settle for approximately 2 hours to eliminate air bubbles or overnight would be preferred. Since it is a polymer emulsion we recommend you work in an area with low to little light, not under direct light or in sunlight.
Application:
We recommend you always degrease the mesh. As a general indication, we suggest you apply 1 or 2 coats of emulsion on the external face of the screen and 1 or 2 coats on the internal face, wet on wet, then a final dry coat on the inside of the screen to push the emulsion to the back of the screen. We recommend using our emulsion coater to do this.
Drying:
We advised that you dry the screen in a ventilated oven, horizontal, at 30-35°C for 20-30 minutes according to the coating thickness, do not use too much heat.
Alternatively You can air dry over night in a light safe area.
Exposure
Lamp type, distance from lamp to screen, mesh type, and coating thickness can affect exposure time. To determine the correct exposure time, we suggest you conduct some tests with an exposure calculator. Our suggestion: Lighting halogen: 5000W Application: 1-2 internal coats, 1-2 external coats Mesh 120T white 60 sec. Recommended to be used with our Exposure bulbs or Exposure Unit.
Pot life
If stored in its original container at a temperature between 15 and 25°C this product will preserve its characteristics for at least 1 year from the date of production, then once mixed it will preserve for 6-8 weeks from mixing. As always, these time and temperatures are guidelines, many aspects can affect the exposure times.

Good delivery arrived within a few days despite the postal strike, we bought the 1kg to make sample screens at home. Clear instructions on how to activate the emulsion. It went on the screens evenly using the emulsion coater trough, we definitely recommend using the correct size according to your screen – in this case we were using A3 to print an A4 area. It coated and dried evenly on the screen. We used a home set up to expose our design onto the screen and even this slightly ad-hoc method produced brilliant results. The life expectancy of the activated emulsion is 1 month. We would definitely buy again
