Shipping Policy
- Standard delivery for UK Mainland- is £3.95 and will take up to up to 5 working days. Free Delivery for all orders over £45
- Crafty Screen will not be held responsible for situations beyond their control in terms of the courier service they use. The courier service cannot guarantee next day delivery in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- If your delivery fails, a card will be left with you by the courier service. Please contact the courier company via the number provided on the card for re-delivery options. Failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to Screen Print World, subsequently, you will be charged to re-deliver said parcel.
- Damaged or opened parcels MUST be inspected upon receipt and MUST be checked or refused at this point.
- Any goods found to be damaged that has been delivered by the courier service MUST be signed for as damaged. Then they must be reported to Crafty Screen with photographic evidence by 5 pm on the day after the item was signed for. Failure to follow this procedure will result in Crafty Screen not be responsible for any damaged goods.
Return & Exchange Policy

You must produce the faulty or damaged goods within 14 days of receipt to enable Crafty Screen to inspect the goods, at which point you will be issued a replacement, repaired item or full refund if so desired. No claim for faulty or damaged goods will be considered after the 14-day period or if the aforementioned returns procedure has not been followed by the customer.

Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the address specified by the Buyer on, or as close as possible to the date required by the Buyer. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
If the seller is unable to deliver the Goods because of actions or circumstances under the control of the Buyer, then the Seller shall be entitled to place the Goods in storage until such times as delivery may be affected and the Buyer shall be liable for any expense associated with such storage.
Any damages, shortages, over deliveries, and duplicated orders should be reported to the Seller within 48 hours of signed receipt to enable replacement or refund.
Christmas Period: Dates will be stated hereof when the Christmas period starts and finishes. Any orders placed on and between these dates will be processed on the first working day back, which will also be stated.
Risk
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods. Where the Buyer chooses to collect the Goods itself, risk will pass when the Goods are entrusted to it or set aside for its collection, whichever happens first.
Safety Datasheets are available to the buyer at any time.
GDPR Acceptance
By agreeing to our terms and conditions at the checkout you have agreed for your details to be saved on our customer database in line with the GDPR regulations. Your information will be stored and used for sales and marketing purposes.
Delivery policy
We use a courier service where applicable, all goods must be signed for on delivery.
If you order by 1.30 pm your goods will usually be delivered within 3-5 Working days.
Crafty Screen cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control in terms of the courier service we use.
